Attached ties into the house and keeps the footprint tight. Freestanding stands on its own posts, which is the answer when the wall cannot carry it or when you are covering a driveway with nothing to bolt to.

Someone from our shop stands in front of the job with a tape measure. Estimates are free within about an hour of Salem. Farther out we give you a real ballpark on the phone first so nobody wastes a trip.

The kit comes cut to your span and your load, with the footings worked out before install day.
Installed By Our Crew
Our own installers put it up, and they do this every day. If it needs an adjustment in a year, you call the shop on Wallace Road.
